Criteria for determining the Fee Status of an Applicant

          EU Nationals eligible for EU Fees.

  1. I am an EU National/Refugee and have been ordinarily resident in an EU member state for three of the last five years prior to the commencement of the programme. I can provide the following documentation to support this application: an EU passport or Original Irish Birth Certificate or an Original EU Nationality Identity Card or Official original letter from the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform indicating that refugee status has been granted.
  2. I am an EU National/Refugee and received my primary degree in an EU member state. I can provide the following documentation to support this application: an EU passport or Original Irish Birth Certificate or an Original EU Nationality Identity Card or Official original letter from the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform indicating that refugee status has been granted.
  3. Non EU Nationals eligible for EU Fees.

  4. I have been in full time employment/in receipt of social welfare benefits in an EU member state for three of the last five years. I can provide a P21 (or appropriate evidence of tax paid) for each of the three years or evidence of social welfare benefits.
  5. I am under 23 years of age on 1st January 2013. I have been ordinarily resident in an EU member state and my parents have been in full-time employment/in receipt of social welfare benefit in an EU member state for three of the last five years prior to the commencement of the programme. I can provide a P21 (or appropriate evidence of tax paid) for each of the three years or evidence of social welfare benefits.
  6. Others.

  7. I do not meet the criteria for EU status. Therefore I am a Non-EU applicant.
